I founded Accessibility Program Manager in 2025

I am a neurodivergent professional with lived experience as a caregiver and advocate for accessibility and inclusion.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, with a career spanning Microsoft, Avaya, Centene, and Puget Sound Energy.

I began my professional journey in software testing and project management before transitioning into product leadership roles supporting large-scale enterprise systems, cloud contact centers, and customer experience platforms.

Over time, I developed a deep interest in workplace equity, accessibility, and systems-level inclusion. With mentorship from leaders in the accessibility field, I launched Accessibility Program Manager to help organizations create spaces where all people can thrive - regardless of background, ability, or identity.

In addition to working with corporate clients on inclusivity and accessibility strategy, I also provides coaching and mentorship for individuals from underserved communities - particularly those pursuing careers in software testing, project management, and product management.

I am certified in SAFe POPM, SAFe RTE, PMP, PSPO-II, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and is currently studying for advanced certifications in AI and Agile.

I am also a member of an accessibility consulting group and is committed to making inclusivity not just a conversation, but a practice.

The Logo

The Shielded Compass represents clear guidance and shared responsibility in accessibility work.

The shield stands for care and protection. It reflects the goal of building digital experiences that are inclusive, compliant, and mindful of risk from the beginning.

The circle represents continuity. Accessibility is not a one-time task. It is an ongoing, organization-wide effort that improves over time.

The compass reflects the role of the Accessibility Program Manager. It shows steady guidance across teams and projects, helping everyone stay aligned toward a common direction: accessible experiences for all users.

The checkmark represents confirmation and accountability. It signals that accessibility requirements have been reviewed, validated, and handled with consistency and care.

Together, the symbol reflects practical leadership, long-term thinking, and a commitment to doing accessibility work the right way - clearly, responsibly, and human-first.
